Chadbourne & Parke has bolstered both its New York and Mexico City offices with five additions. Joining the New York office as counsel are Jonathan C. Cross, Thomas N. Pieper and Francisco Vazquez. In Mexico City, Clara Krivoy and Salvador Fonseca have been added as international partners in Chadbourne & Parke, S.C., the firm’s Mexico City partnership.
According to a firm press release, Cross focuses his practice on transnational business disputes, energy and financial services litigation and government investigations. Pieper’s practice includes complex international dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on Latin American and European parties. Vazquez concentrates his practice on bankruptcy and financial restructuring with a focus on cross-border insolvency and debt restructuring.
As for the Mexico City office, Krivoy bring a practice that focuses on corporate and securities law. Fonseca represents clients in complex domestic and international arbitration and litigation and has experience in construction and oil and gas infrastructure-related disputes.
Chadbourne & Park is an international law firm headquartered in New York City. It also has a presence in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Latin America.
