Ogletree Deakins Opens Orange County Office

Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart P.C. will open a new Orange County office on March 1. Vince Verde and Keith Watts will join the office as co-managing shareholders. Both come from the Orange County office of Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP.

Verde focuses his practice in employment law, including wage and hour matters, medical and disability issues and wrongful discharge claims. Verge also handles commercial litigation. Watts focuses his practice in labor and employment law and has experience in matters including sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims. He also advises employers on remaining union-free as well as representing employers in union organizing campaigns, negotiations and state court strike injunction litigation.

This is the third new office Ogletree Deakins has opened in the last few months. The firm also opened offices in Las Vegas and Denver.
