Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell has added a second former U.S. attorney to its white collar criminal defense practice. Tim Johnson, the former U.S. attorney for the southern district of Texas, joined Locke Lord as a partner in the firm’s Houston office. He joins Paul Coggins, former U.S. attorney for the northern district of Texas, who was added as a partner in the firm’s Dallas office last month. He chairs Locke Lord’s nationwide white collar practice.

Johnson first joined the U.S. Attorney’s office as an assistant U.S. attorney in 1985. He became U.S. Attorney in 2008.
In addition to Houston and Dallas, Locke Lord has offices in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, London, Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York, Sacramento, San Francisco and Washington D.C.
