Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP elevated Benjamin Shatz to partner yesterday. He is a part of the firms appellate practice group in their Los Angeles office. Shatz is the Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Appellate Court Committee and Vice Chair of the California State Bar Committee on Appellate Courts. He was named “Lawyer of the Year (Private Sector) by the Constitutional Rights Foundation and served as a law clerk Robert J. Johnston, United States Magistrate Judge in the district o Nevada.
