Andrews Kurth announced today that Roscoe C. Howard, Jr., Daniel S. Seikaly and Meena T. Sinfelt have joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Howard has joined the firm as a Partner and Seikaly serves as Counsel to the firm. Sinfelt has joined the firm as an associate. All three are a part of the firms Corporate Compliance, Investigations, and Defense Practice Group and will focus on white collar criminal matters, corporate compliance, ethics issues, internal investigations and complex civil litigation.
Howard previously served as United States Attorney for the District of Columbia from 2001 to 2004 and Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of Columbia and Eastern District of Virginia. Seikaly served as the Chief of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, Assistant Inspector General for Investigations at the CIA and Associate Deputy Attorney General at the Department of Justice.
