Veteran civil and criminal antitrust litigator Frank P. Newell has joined Cozen O’Connor as co-chairperson of the firm’s antitrust and trade regulation practice. Newell brings 34 years of experience to the position and most recently practiced at Harkins Cunningham.

Firm President Tad Decker said Newell “puts the exclamation point on our plan to grow the antitrust practice.”

Newell has represented numerous major domestic and international companies and is frequently called upon to provide antitrust counseling, according to a press release.

Cozen O’Connor was established in 1970 and ranks among the 100 largest law firms in the United States with 550 attorneys.
