Jones Walker Bolsters Banking Practice

Jones Walker has added to its banking practice in Alabama with the additions of Michael Waters, Katharine Musso and Holly Hicks.

Waters will serve as co-chair of Jones Walker’s Banking & Financial Practice Group in its Birmingham office. He previously served in a similar role at Balch & Bingham, where he was a partner for 12 years. Musso brings more than 20 years experience to Jones Walker. Her practice focuses primarily in bank regulatory and general corporate representations. Hicks has practiced for the last six years in the areas of financial institutions regulation, merger and acquisitions and general corporate law. She will continue those practices at Jones Walker.
