William E Wallace III Joins Clifford Chance

William E Wallace has joined Clifford Chance as a partner in the US Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Wallace joins Clifford Chance from Milbank Tweed Hadley McCloy LLP, where he was a senior partner. Wallace will lead the US Corporate and Financial Services Litigation group in Washington, D.C. Wallace’s practice focuses on commercial disputes, insolvency and fraud litigation. Prior to joining Milbank in 2001 Wallace headed global litigation for Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He also worked for the US Department of Justice (Strike Force against Organized Crime) in Boston, Massachusetts and for the US Attorney’s Office in Miami, Florida.

Clifford Chance is global London based firm with 29 offices in 20 countries and 3,600 legal advisers. The firm is structured around six global practice areas: banking and finance, capital markets, corporate/M&A, litigation and dispute resolution, real estate and tax, pensions and employment.
