Walkers, a leading International Financial Centre law firm, announced the appointment of Carol Hall as head of its newly established Investment Funds Group in Hong Kong. The group offers expertise covering a broad range of investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity and distressed funds.

Ms. Hall has 17 plus years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance and investment funds.
Walkers focuses principally on corporate and international finance law with an emphasis on investment funds, private equity and capital markets and structured finance.
