Schwarzenegger Adds Three Attorneys to State Posts

A trio of California-based attorneys were appointed to state posts this week by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The new appointees are Rachelle Chong of San Francisco, who will take over as special counsel of advanced information and communications technologies for the Office of the State Chief Information Officer; John Davies, who joins the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority Governing Board; and Ronald Barsamian, who joins the Big Fresno Fair Board.

Chong will earn $140,000 in her new role, while Davies’ and Barsamian’s positions are unpaid.
