Four attorneys have left the Washington DC office of McDermott Will & Emery to join up with Proskauer Rose. Led by Paul Hamburger, who joins as partner, the team will establish an employee benefits practice at their new firm. Joining Hamburger as senior counsel are Todd Castleton, Eugene Holmes, and James Napoli.
