Home, Jobs, Justice

The DoJ is gearing up for a fight with the anti-vaccination crowd, and they’re looking for a new attorney to help out. The Department is hiring one attorney to represent the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services in the Office of Vaccine Litigation. The job involves litigating cases that arise from claims of injury from certain vaccines. Swine flu vaccinations aren’t mentioned in the job description but it’s no stretch to assume it will be a major part of the job. For the full job listing, see the DoJ’s job page here.
