Dana Rosenfeld and Joan Bernstein have left Bryan Cave to join the Advertising and Marketing group at Kelley Drye. Rosenfeld will also chair the firm’s information security practice, and Bernsteins comes aboard as of counsel. Both are well known attorneys in the realm of consumer protection and privacy. Joan Bernstein is best known for representing the government in the case that got rid of Joe Camel on Camel cigarettes and advertisements.
Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is an American law firm headquartered in New York City. It has over 300 attorneys in 7 offices, including an affiliated office in Mumbai.
