Last year, Pepper Hamilton made offers to 79% of its summer associates, firm wide. This year, the firm reports that 7 out of 14 of its summers, all in the Philadelphia office, will receive offers. The firm has stated that the reduction in offers is due to the downturn in the economy. No decision on start dates for the new associates has been made. If they are deferred, you will read about it here.

Pepper Hamilton is a US firm with 11 offices and 500 attorneys. Core areas of practice include product liability defense for pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, corporate transactions and commercial litigation.
