Four Partners Leave Cooley

Four more partners have left the firm of Cooley Godward Kronish. Craig Waldman and Michael Knight are heading for Jones Day, whil John Brockland and Jane Ross move to Dewey & LeBoeuf. Waldman was chairman of Cooley’s antitrust department and Knight is also an antitrust attorney. Brockland and Ross are corporate partners and will join three other former Cooley corporate lawyers at Dewey & LeBoeuf.

Cooley released a prepared statement but did not comment directly on the departures. Specializing in technology, Cooley represent venture capitalists and entrepreneurs in emerging fields. The firm is headquartered in northern California and has offices in technology hubs around the country.
