Four more for Haynes and Boone

Haynes and Boone has four more lawyers after bringing in Henry Garrana, Nicolas Gikkas, Michael Foreman and E. Webb Spradley. Garanna, previously the head of IP law for Dell, is joining the IP practice in Austin as of counsel. Gikkas, the former IP counselor for the semiconductor manufacturer Marvell, will be of counsel in San Jose. In New York, Foreman will come aboard as of counsel in the international bankruptcy group and Spradley, who has spent ten years as international counsel for Trinity Industries, will be of counsel in the international practice group in Dallas.

Haynes and Boone, based in Texas, is an international corporate law firm with offices in Texas, New York, California, Washington, D.C., Mexico City and Moscow.
