Seyfarth Shaw has added lawyers to its intellectual property and corporate & finance groups in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jack D. Todd joins as a partner from Morris, Manning & Martin. His practice concentrates on patent and trademark prosecution, strategic counseling, enforcement and protection of IP, transactional, licensing, opinion, and clearance. His JD is from Duke University School of Law.

Kevin T. Brown joins as of counsel from Macon, Georgia’s Sell & Melton. His practice focuses on representing governmental issuers of securities and private borrowers in conduit incentive financing transactions; general state and local government representation; ad valorem taxation; corporate transactions relating to public/private partnerships, and related real estate matters. His JD is from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law.

Chicago’s Seyfarth Shaw LLP is a full-service law firm founded in 1945. It has ten offices.
