Faces, Home, Jobs, Law Firms

Two New York-based lawyers have left Clifford Chance to join Dechert. Finance partners Stuart Strauss and Richard Horowitz are joining Dechert’s financial services group.

Strauss focuses on securities law and investment advice. He represents investment companies, banks and other financial institutions.

Horowitz represents mutual funds, hedge funds and investment advisers.

The New York office of Clifford Chance has lost at least 18 partners this year.

Founded in 1975, Philadelphia’s Dechert LLP is an international law firm of more than 1,000 lawyers with top-ranked practices in corporate and securities, complex litigation, finance and real estate, and financial services and asset management
