Partners Richard Andreano and John Socknat join in Washington DC, along with associates Reid Herlihy, Heather Hutchings and Haydn Richards. Partner Michael Waldron joins in Dallas.
In April, Patton Boggs has hired away a three-person bankruptcy team from Foley & Lardner.
