Debevoise & Plimpton Hires Partners from Goodwin Procter

Debevoise & Plimpton has hired two banking partners away from Goodwin Procter.

Gregory Lyons joins Debevoise & Plimpton as a partner in New York. He will be Co-Chair for the Americas of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group. He was co-chair of the Financial Services Practice at Goodwin, and chair of its banking practice in Boston.

Satish Kini joins as banking practice co-chair in Washington, DC.  He was a member of Goodwin’s Financial Services Practice.

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is a prominent international law firm based in New York City. Founded in 1931 by Eli Whitney Debevoise and William Stevenson, the firm currently employs about 680 lawyers in eight offices throughout the world.
