Shearman & Sterling Adds 3 Partners

Shearman & Sterling has hired on three new partners.

Antitrust litigator Edward B. Schwartz, formerly a Shearman & Sterling associate, returns to the firm from DLA Piper, where he was a partner and Chair of its US Antitrust & Trade Regulation Group. He is based in Washington, DC.

Michael D. Bednarek and Scott Doyle join, also in Washington, as co-heads of the IP Litigation practice. Bednarek joins from Paul Hastings; Doyle joins from Steptoe & Johnson.

Shearman & Sterling LLP is a law firm headquartered in New York City, with 19 offices located in major financial centers around the world. It was founded in 1873.
