Deeb Petrakis Adds Partners to Business Transaction Group

Philadelphia’s Deeb Petrakis has added two lawyers to its Business Transaction Group.

Charles M. Naselsky joins from Blank Rome as a partner. His JD is from the Seton Hall University School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Philadelphia Bar Associations.

Jon G. Hillsberg also joins from Blank Rome as a partner. With Naselsky, he represents entrepreneurial, entertainment, real estate, banking and private equity companies in a broad range of commercial finance, private equity ventures and real estate matters. His JD is from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
