PCT Law Launches Virginia Office

PCT Law Group has opened a new office in Alexandria, Virginia, staffed by two new hires.

Angela H. France joins as managing member from Albo & Oblon. She handles litigation and corporate transactions on a wide range of legal disciplines including business contracts, corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, bankruptcy, and creditor’s rights. Her JD is from the George Mason University School of Law.

Kimberly B. Whitehead joins from Dickstein Shapiro as senior counsel. She focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, licensing, and the acquisition of rights through trademark and patent prosecution. Her JD is from the Georgetown University Law Center.

The Washington, DC-based PCT Law Group PLLC provides legal counsel and representation in the practice areas of corporate, intellectual property, employment and litigation.
