McKool Smith Nabs 3 IP Lawyers from Dewey & LeBoeuf

Dallas, Texas-based law firm McKool Smith has nabbed three intellectual property lawyers away from Dewey & LeBoeuf.

Dewey IP litigation co-chair Dirk Thomas, partner Robert Auchter, and of counsel Jeffrey Frey joined McKool Smith as partners on July 1st. They are working out of Washington, DC, bringing the number of McKool Smith lawyers there to seven.

McKool Smith has offices in Dallas, Austin and Marshall, Texas; plus New York City and Washington DC.
