South Africa’s Routledge Modise, which joined Eversheds’ international network last April, is changing its name to Eversheds.

The firm, one of the largest in South Africa, has operated as Routledges for over 100 years. Its leaders feel the recognition of the Eversheds international brand will be far more useful than that of the local brand.

Its Mauritius location, Routledge Modise Eversheds, will become simply Eversheds.

Routledge Modise in association with Eversheds employs 150 lawyers and 300 staff. It is headquartered in Sandton City, South Africa, and has offices in Bryanston, SA and Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius.
