Greenberg Traurig Launches London Office [Update]

Greenberg Traurig has launched a London office, a new UK firm called Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP.

Paul Maher joins from Mayer Brown as founding member and office chair. He will also co-chair the firm’s global mergers & acquisitions practice.

Greenberg Traurig LLP is an international, full-service law firm with more than 1,800 attorneys and governmental affairs professionals in the US, Europe and Asia. The firm was selected as the 2007 USA Law Firm of the Year by Chambers & Partners.

UPDATE

Two additional Mayer Brown partners, corporate partner Fiona Adams and European environment head Cate Sharp, will join Maher in London. Sharp and Adams will be co-managing partners of the London office.
