Dentons, Squire Sanders Consider Transatlantic Merger

The UK’s Dentons is in merger talks with Squire Sanders.

The negotiations are said to be in the early stages. No one will officially comment, except that Dentons confirmed an interest in a merger with a US firm. It stressed that no deal is imminent.

The combined revenues of the two firms would be at least £500 million ($800.9 million).

Denton Wilde Sapte LLP is a law firm headquartered in the City of London that employs over 600 lawyers.

Founded in 1890, Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP has 32 offices in 15 countries across the globe.
