The three-lawyer employment law firm Elizabeth A. Crosby & Associates is merging with Licata & Toerek.
Crosby was formerly a partner with Lou Licata, but they split after a disagreement. The merger reunites the two.
The ten member Licata & Toerek, also an employment law boutique, is based in Independence, Ohio.
