K&L Gates Brings on Corporate, IP Attorneys

K&L Gates has hired David Bernstein and Tedd Van Buskirk.

Bernstein, formerly of Clifford Chance, handled transaction and securities law matters. Previously, he chaired Rogers & Wells’ corporate law practice.

Van Buskirk, a partner at Hogan & Harton, handled pharmaceutical, software, electronics, and medical device patent litigation.
