DLA Piper Hires Duo From Brown Rudnick

DLA PiperDLA Piper has added two lawyers to its corporate and finance practices.

Donald Borod, former chair of Brown Rudnick’s structured finance group, brings along colleague Jonathan Black.

Borod and Black founded Brown Rudnick’s structured resolution group in 2008. They work with clients on arbitrage and repackaging strategies for structured and securitized products.

DLA Piper is one of the largest law firms in the world, and is the only firm with more than 3,700 lawyers in North America and Europe. DLA Piper is a legal services organization whose members and affiliates are separate and distinct legal entities. Together, the organization operates in 28 countries and 66 offices throughout the world.
