Covington & BurlingCovington & Burling, which likes to hire former Republican bigwigs, is bringing on two more Bush administration veterans.

The firm is bringing on George Frampton, former chairman of the White House Council on Environmental Quality, as senior counsel in New York; and Gerald Masoudi, former chief counsel of the Food & Drug Administration, as a partner in Washington, DC.
