Ogletree Deakins will launch a new office in New Orleans this Friday.
Mark N. Mallery, who has been practicing labor & employment law in The Big Easy for more than twenty years, will be Managing Shareholder. He will be joined by colleagues Elizabeth Harper Emmett and Monique R. Gougisha, both Tulane Law School graduates with a combined fifteen years of labor and employment law experience. Emmett and Gougisha will hold associate positions with the firm.
The firm launched a Boston office in January.
With the addition of the New Orleans office, Ogletree Deakins now has 35 locations across the United States.
Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, PC is the nation’s third largest labor and employment law firm, representing management in all types of employment-related legal matters. The firm has more than 450 lawyers located in 35 offices from Miami to Los Angeles.
