Allen & Overy to Outsource More Work

Allen & OveryAllen & Overy plans to outsource more of its “back office” work, particularly due diligence and litigation discovery, to other firms.

The Magic Circle firm already outsources information technology and document production to outside companies.

In February the firm announced a massive redundancy consultation targeting 450 jobs. They have also frozen pay and billing rates at 2008 levels.

Founded in 1930, Allen & Overy has approximately 5,500 staff and 31 offices worldwide.
