Three Lancashire, UK law firms are merging to create the new firm Blackhurst Budd LLP, which will be the largest law firm in western Lancashire’s The Fylde.
Senior partners of Blackhursts LLP, John Budd & Co., and LSC Solicitors have agreed to the merger. The new firm will employ 11 partners and 50 staff.
The Fylde is a 20 km square-shaped peninsula on the Irish Sea.
Blackhursts LLP was founded in 1920. John Budd & Co. was founded in Blackpool in 1938.
