Conyers Dill & Pearman Opens Brazilian Office

Conyers Dill PearmanCayman Islands law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman will open a São Paulo office.

The Brazilian Bar Association has approved licensing. Conyers will be the only offshore law firm with an office in Brazil.

The practice will focus on investment funds, public company listings and holding company incorporations in the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Bermuda and Mauritius.

Established in 1928, Conyers has over 550 staff and 150 lawyers at offices in Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman & Mauritius Islands, Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Moscow, Singapore and now São Paulo.
