Patton Boggs Adds Bankruptcy Team from Foley & Lardner

Patton Boggs has hired away a three-person bankruptcy team from Foley & Lardner.

Michael Richman was chairman of Foley’s bankruptcy & business reorganization practice. Mark Salzberg and Erika Morabito were partners.

Richman, former chairman of the American Bankruptcy Institute, will lead the firm’s national bankruptcy practice across its New York City, Washington DC, Dallas and Virginia offices. Richman will practice from New York, while Salzberg and Morabito will work in DC.
