Construction law firm Cohen Seglias is acquiring Fort Washington, Pennsylvania’s Payne Hackenbracht & Sullivan.
The combined firm will have 55 attorneys once the merger is complete on April 1st.
Four-lawyer Payne Hackenbracht focuses its national practice on federal construction contracting matters and is often before the US Court of Federal Claims.
Founded in 1988, Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC is a full service 50-lawyer firm with offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic region that services its clients on a national basis.
