McKool Smith Adds White Collar Partners

McKool SmithTrial firm McKool Smith has expanded its New York-based international white-collar group with two new partners, both from the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

Thomas Engel was one of the founding partners of Howrey LLP’s New York office, and later led his own firm, Engel and McCarney.

Jack Cooney was previously at Davis Polk & Wardwell.

McKool Smith has offices in Dallas, Austin & Marshall, Texas; plus New York City and Washington, DC.
