Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP announced on Wednesday that Dan Mummery has joined the firm’s Palo Alto office as a partner. Mummery will continue to focus his law practice on complex outsourcing and technology transactions.
Mummery focuses his practice on outsourcing and technology transactions, including structuring, negotiating and documenting large-scale business process (BPO) and information technology outsourcing (ITO) transactions, handling complex licensing and software and systems implementations, technology-based strategic alliances and joint ventures, as well as advising on emerging company and venture capital representations.
“I look forward to working with my new colleagues at Gibson Dunn and to working with Bill Peters to lead the expansion of the firm’s outsourcing practice,” Mummery said.
Gibson Dunn has approximately 1,000 lawyers and 15 offices, including Los Angeles, New York, Washington, D.C., London, Paris, Munich, Brussels, Dubai, Singapore, Orange County, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Century City, Dallas and Denver.
