Marguerite C. Walter, a former attorney-advisor at the State Department’s Office of the Legal Advisor, joins the Group as an associate in the Washington, DC office. She received her JD cum laude from New York University School of Law.

Crowell & Moring LLP is an international law firm with more than 450 lawyers. Based in Washington, DC, the firm also has offices in New York, London, Brussels, Los Angeles, and Orange County, California.
