San Diego, California’s Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps has cut 12 attorneys and 15 staff positions. The cuts came in San Diego and San Francisco, and the transactional practice took the brunt.
One partner was cut, and the other 11 were junior-level associates.
The firm had about 190 lawyers before the cuts.
ATL has been able to confirm that four first years were included in this round of layoffs at Luce. The firm had seven associates in its first year class.
