Clifford Chance has garnered a team of key partners to direct its newly formed bond with Indian firm AZB & Partners.
Chance, a magic circle firm, has just appointed a number of partners in crucial jurisdictions; including London and New York, in an effort to insure that work is referred between the firms.
India Practice head and finance partner Chris Wyman said, “We’re coordinating the relationship to make sure it works efficiently. There are India focused teams in various offices with a number of partners involved.”
Wyman, along with London Partner Andrew Carnegie and Singapore partner Edward Bradley will be in charge of global management.
New York corporate partner Sarah Jones is on the US India team.
Key partners have been appointed in France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy and Spain.
