Bracewell & Giuliani LLP is an international law firm based in Houston, Texas, founded in 1945. The firm has over 400 lawyers, with offices in New York, Washington, DC, Hartford, San Antonio, Dallas, Austin, Dubai, London, and Almaty, Kazakhstan. The firm’s areas of specialization include energy, banking & financial institutions, environmental strategies, white collar criminal defense, special investigations and private investment funds.

In 2005, former New York City Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani joined the firm as a named partner.
