Six Dreier LLP survivors have joined Boston’s Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo PC, in the New York office.

Richard H. Block, Andrew J. Bernstein and David R. Lagasse have joined the firm as members, while Jessica W. Catlow, David M. Katz and Gregory R. Bennett have joined as associates.

Dreier LLP was taken over by a receiver in December, after the arrest of founder Marc Dreier; the law firm filed for bankruptcy earlier this month. Former Dreier attorneys have gone to other firms or formed their own firms in the wake of the scandal.

Lagasse, Bernstein and Block all worked together at Pillsbury Winthrop before moving over to Dreier LLP, which turned out to be a great decision.
