		<description>More like the shareholder told the judge that they would lynch him and filed a lawsuit. Then the judge discounted a law firm bill that was marked up 50% by a measly 20%. You think in this economy the investors could have found another law firm not willing to charge $620 per hour for a pathetic associate? Talk about corruption...</description>
