Imperial Finance & Trading Hires New General Counsel

Imperial Finance & Trading, a leader in premium finance for life insurance, life insurance sales, and structured settlements, has announced the addition of Anne Dufour Zuckerman to its senior management team as general counsel.
CEO Tony Mitchell said that Zuckerman’s experience will help the company as they expand their market reach.
Prior to joining Imperial Finance and Trading as head of the legal department, Zuckerman was associate general counsel at Office Depot where she handled the business law affairs of the $15 billion dollar retailer.
According to a company press release, Zuckerman has a combined 22 years of legal experience in both business law and commercial litigation.
